Can you tell me how long you’ve worked at M&C and your role?
As a Studio Manager, I supervise and review other designers’ work to ensure that our quality meets the client’s desired standards. Additionally, I oversee the allocation of tasks to our designers on a daily and weekly basis. These responsibilities have inspired me to delve deeper into creative design, business, and resource management.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
Before I head to work, I always take care of my cats by making sure they have food and clean the litter tray. Once I arrive at the office, I work while listening to some of my favourite playlists. After lunch, I occasionally go out to buy coffee during the day. I enjoy challenges in my work because they allow me to learn new things and add value. Learning about new technical and non-technical aspects is also enjoyable, as it enhances my abilities and helps make my work easier.
What is one thing that instantly makes your day better?
I enjoy communicating with people and discussing anything and everything. Chatting with friends at coffee shops is something I do often. There’s always new knowledge and insights that can be gained from these conversations. I get positive energy from these interactions, and it instantly boosts my mood, making my day better.
Do you have any pets? How many? What are their names?
I take care of 6 Persian cats. They are Tofu, Mochi, Oli, Koko, Mayo, and Bolu.
