Wax Interactive were a digital media production company that had struggled to see financial growth over a period of years. Operating in a highly competitive and changing market, Wax was struggling to find ways to progress beyond a small digital production house to a larger agency with a presence in a variety of verticals. They approached M&C to help them achieve clarity in the way they communicate to the market, build their presence among a range of industries and increase their revenue.
M&C worked with Wax to develop clear cut through messaging that would more effectively demonstrate their current service offering and position them as a holistic digital provider. M&C developed a concise strategy that would see Wax repositioned as mid-tier digital consultants rather than a small production house. This involved a revised website that would aptly demonstrate the breadth of their capabilities and make them stand out more in the marketplace, a refreshed and refocused sales and marketing strategy that would see them work within new industries and meet their business growth targets.
To date, Wax Interactive have taken on board our brand model and strategy and are in the process of relaunching a new look and feel website that demonstrates the full scope of their digital capabilities. They are working towards effectively communicating their holistic service offering to their current client base and beyond.
