Iconic Australian printer, Pink Panther Corporate Print, was in need for a re-brand as part of its strategy to consolidate its market position. In a rapidly changing industry, Pink Panther realised that it was time to develop a new sales and marketing strategy that would further build on 20 years of success in the industry. M&C was tasked with the re-brand which included developing a new marketing and sales strategy and a new visual identity.
With a number of new entrants in the printing industry, a stand-out brand identity was essential as part of successfully re-branding the company. Along side this, a refreshed and refocused sales and marketing strategy was developed with clear messaging and positioning. We also appointed a Manning & Co. consultant on site to help drive the sales and marketing strategy.
The company has now launched a stand-out visual brand that looks and feels different to the competition. A refreshed, targeted and focused sales strategy and approach has seen an increase in business development activity. A new implemented CRM, with newly defined sales territories along with coaching and mentoring, has delivered the Managing Director cler visibility of business performance.
