This year, we had the honour of hosting two flagship events in Sydney and Singapore to celebrate International Women’s Day. We invited 20 outstanding women to attend each event, making it a doubly significant occasion as we also celebrated M&C’s 15th anniversary. Our events served as a powerful platform to acknowledge the progress made towards gender equality while also recognising the work that still needs to be done.
It was evident from the events that there is tremendous potential for greater connection, collaboration, discussion, and support in the future. We were privileged to hear the inspiring stories of such incredible women from diverse backgrounds, ranging from entrepreneurs and activists to professionals in various fields. Their stories of challenges and triumphs were truly inspirational and created a strong bond among us. As we sat together, reflecting on our shared experiences as women, we were filled with a renewed sense of purpose and optimism for the future.
The events truly celebrated women’s achievements, and we take pride in having facilitated them this year. We are committed to supporting and elevating women’s voices and working towards a more inclusive and equitable world. We hope these events inspire women to continue to break barriers, support one another, and strive for gender equality in all aspects of life.
