We teamed up with DOMO to produce a video that tells the story of how their innovative technology is helping Sephora transform its store formats and create a better shopping experience for customers across Asia.

DOMO is a trusted name in business intelligence, helping brands worldwide turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. For this project, we aimed to demonstrate how DOMO’s platform enables Sephora, one of the world’s leading beauty retailers, to make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Our work included:

Interview production and storytelling: we conducted an in-depth interview with Sephora’s key leaders, who shared how DOMO’s tools have enabled them to utilise data more effectively in shaping strategy and putting customers at the heart of every decision.

Narrative development and visual approach: our role didn’t stop at filming. We worked closely with both brands to shape the story, ensuring it was clear, engaging, and accurate to DOMO’s and Sephora’s identities. We crafted a visual style that brought the narrative to life and resonated with their audiences.
