M&C partners with Tata Communications for podcast series

M&C and Tata Communications launched the “Empowering Tomorrow” podcast during Singapore’s F1, spotlighting ecosystems and diversity.

Project overview

M&C recently partnered with Tata Communications to create a new podcast series, Empowering Tomorrow.

From content strategy and scripting to end-to-end project management, M&C led the development and delivery of the series, bringing Tata Communications’ thought leadership to life in a format that is accessible, timely, and engaging. Empowering Tomorrow is designed to equip business and IT leaders get ready for a future defined by uncertainty and transformation. We created the podcast content strategy, developed and finessed the script, and project-managed the podcast production.

The first two episodes explored the foundations of hyperconnected ecosystems and the growing importance of customer centrality in today’s digital landscape.

The series’ latest episode, Technology and Sport: Allies for Diversity and Inclusion, coincided with Singapore’s iconic Formula One Grand Prix. Hosted by Oriel Morrison, Chief Strategy Officer, APAC Network, the podcast featured a lineup of incredible talent, including Rosanna Tennant, Broadcast Journalist and one of the leading female voices in Formula One, Georgette Tan Adamopoulos, President at United Women Singapore, and Tri Pham, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Tata Communications.

Key project deliverables and outcomes:

Content strategy development: we reated a future-focused content plan to guide the narrative, define key themes, and connect with the target audience.

Scriptwriting and editorial support: our content team crafted and refined the episode scripts to align with Tata Communications’ brand voice, values, and thought leadership goals.

Production oversight: M&C managed the whole production cycle, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and timely delivery of each episode.

Creative design assets: to extend the podcast’s reach, our in-house design team produced a series of social media assets tailored to drive engagement and visibility.

This project is a strong example of how we transform complex ideas into compelling content experiences.
