Pipin is our digital marketing expert, specialising in search engine optimisation (SEO) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). He drives high performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and ensures the websites we manage perform well. Pipin’s expertise extends to helping clients plan and execute digital marketing strategies, as well as developing and managing websites and social media content. His expertise is essential to enhance our clients’ digital presence in international markets and boost sales.
With a bachelor’s degree in Japanese Studies and having worked in Japanese companies, he is multilingual, working in Japanese, English and Indonesian, and adept at working in multicultural teams.
Can you tell me how long you’ve been working at M&C and what your role is?
I have been working at M&C for one and a half years as an SEO/Performance Marketing Specialist. I help client businesses optimise their website content and structure to improve their visibility and ranking on search engines. I work with tools and data.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
I usually eat breakfast at home, check my email, and look at the weather forecast before I go to the office. Once I’m in the office, I usually grab a cup of coffee and read updates to my favorite blogs before I start working.
Do you have anything that helps you with productivity?
I usually listen to instrumental jazz music and sometimes I use Pomofocus.io web app to help me stay focused and productive.
Are you playing any games at the moment?
I am playing a mobile game called Genshin (原神) – but recently I find I don’t have time to continue the story. I also play an ancient strategy board game called Go – my rating is around 1 Dan (amateur level).
What’s the phone app you use most? What does it do?
I think I use WhatsApp the most. However, I would also like to mention TickTick, which is an app for task and habit management.
What skill would you like to learn/improve on?
I would like to improve my typing speed (targeting 100 words per minute) and I would like to learn more about Microsoft 365 Copilot and GPT API integration on Google Sheets.
