Entrepreneurship program – Manning & Co. and sister company, Gemstar, today launched the second YoungGems™ program in Singapore, in partnership with Murdoch University, to nurture aspiring young entrepreneurs and promote local talent across the region.
A cohort of talented young entrepreneurs from Murdoch University in Singapore and Perth will participate in a series of M&C/Gemstar master classes and workshops designed to foster innovative thinking and a marketing-led approach to business. After 6 weeks, the teams will pitch their ideas to a panel of industry experts and business leaders, with one team winning $8000 in prize money and a 6-month incubation program with Gemstar.
Moving into 2018, M&C/Gemstar will continue to drive an entrepreneurial education focus via our Singapore Innovation Centre of Excellence and ongoing partnership with Murdoch University.
