M&C was selected by IT and Technology business, E-Bit Systems as their strategic marketing partner to establish a strong brand presence and a clear value proposition for the company that would carve out a unique position for them in a crowded market. Attaching credibilty to the brand quickly was also key to helping E-Bit Systems meet its growth objectives.

With clear positioning and a refreshed online presence, E-Bit Systems had a sound platform to go to market and get noticed. This was important ahead of introducing E-Bit to the media. When it was time we embarked on a media strategy which involved hosting an event with Pacnet, a leading data centre, where media were invited to take a tour of the new data centre as well as listen to E-Bit and Pacnet’s senior management about emerging trends in the industry.

Success

Not only is E-Bit clear on their market positioning and value proposition, E-Bit has now been qouted extensively in the media about trends in no-fault tolerance technology and disaster recovery. Appearing in BRW, ZDNet, ITnews, to name but a few, E-Bit’s messaging and media strategy is proving to be successful as the business carves out a compelling position in the market.
