Can you tell me how long you’ve worked at M&C and your role?
I have been working at M&C for one year now. As a Client Success Executive for UK clients. I work closely with our teams across the UK, Australia, Indonesia, and Singapore, contributing to various projects that enhance my skills and broaden my horizons. I am passionate about supporting our team in delivering excellent service to our clients, providing comprehensive client support, and ensuring they receive high-quality content and timely updates. I am also responsible for maintaining and updating social media accounts, supporting content development, and assisting our Client Success Director.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
For me, the day always starts with a good cup of coffee. It’s such a simple thing, but it helps me feel awake, recharged, and ready to take on whatever’s ahead.
Once I’m settled in, I check my inbox and catch up with my team so we’re all on the same page about what needs to get done.
A few small things help keep my energy up during the day: good music, plenty of caffeine, and a little something sweet. A podcast or some calming tunes help me focus, and a biscuit or a bit of chocolate is my favourite way to take a quick break.
This mix of small comforts and teamwork makes each day feel productive, balanced, and just a little bit sweeter too.
How do you like to end your day?
I always unwind at the end of the day with my Kindle. It’s my escape from reality, allowing me to dive into entirely different worlds. Lying in bed with incense, candles, and a sunset lamp creates the most relaxing aesthetics. My dog sleeps at the end of my bed, watching my reactions with curiosity. It’s funny how a plot twist can make me sit up in shock, and he looks at me as if to ask, “Are you okay?” Haha.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
On my days off, I love nothing more than sitting in the sun at the beach. There is something therapeutic about lying on my back, floating in the ocean. Listening to my music with my book next to me is pure bliss.
