More about Ben Marosa

Can you tell me how long you’ve been working at M&C and what your role is?

I started working for M&C in February 2025 and my role is the Performance Marketing Coordinator. This role involves assisting in a variety of marketing tasks including social media management, digital marketing, content creation, market research and data analytics.

What does a typical workday look like for you?

A typical workday, for me, begins with a bowl of Weet-Bix and honey washed down by a shot of espresso. I begin my commute into the Sydney office by catching the bus followed by a 30-minute walk. Once I am at my desk, I check my emails to see what tasks I have for the day, then I begin monitoring all the clients’ social media posts. Throughout the day I will have various other tasks and meetings to complete. Once I am finished with work for the day, ideally, I do some form of activity whether that is going to the gym, playing tennis, or having a swim at the beach.

Are you a coffee or tea person? How do you like it?

I am a coffee person. If I am at a cafe whether it is before work or on the weekend, I will get a Cappuccino. However, I am definitely not a barista, so if I am at home, I will just make myself a shot of espresso.

Do you have any pets? How many? What are their names?

Yes. I have two dogs who are both boys. Their names are Kevin and Angus.

What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?

Going to the beach or playing a round of golf. This would be followed by a couple cold beers with my friends to finish off the day.

What are some of your main hobbies?

My main hobbies include golf, surfing, tennis, and going to the gym. I am not sure if watching footy counts as a hobby, but I will put it in anyway. Go the Swans!
