Can you tell me how long you’ve been working at M&C and what your role is?
I joined M&C in June 2024. My role involves overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently. I collaborate with various teams to streamline processes, improve productivity, and maintain high standards of service.
Additionally, I am responsible for implementing operational strategies, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. My role ensures that our operations are optimised for efficiency and effectiveness.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
I usually start my day with some juice and snacks like bread or cake for breakfast. After breakfast, I spend the first part of my day checking emails, Wrike, our project management tool, and the Calendar. Throughout the day, I oversee various operational activities, attend meetings, and coordinate with different departments to ensure everything is running smoothly. I also make time to review and improve processes, handle any issues that arise, and ensure that our operations align with company goals.
My day typically ends with a final review of the day’s accomplishments and planning for the next day.
What is one thing that instantly makes your day better?
One thing that instantly makes my day better is engaging in daily devotion and listening to spiritual music in the morning. This practice helps me start my day with a sense of peace and focus. The quiet time during devotion allows me to reflect, set positive intentions, and gain clarity for the day ahead. Spiritual music uplifts my mood, providing a calming and inspiring atmosphere that helps me feel grounded and ready to tackle any challenges that come my way.
Do you have any pets? How many? What are their names?
Yes, I have 3 dogs named Kenzou, Hazel, and Noel. They are a big part of my life and always bring joy and energy to my day. I love taking photos and videos of them because they have such unique personalities and always manage to brighten up any moment.

My favorite way to spend a day off is by spending time with my family, girlfriend, and friends. We love traveling around the city, exploring new places, and enjoying good food together. I also enjoy driving on my own, as it gives me a sense of freedom and allows me to unwind while discovering new scenic routes and hidden gems in the area.
What are some of your main hobbies?
Some of my main hobbies include playing football/mini soccer, singing, and traveling. I enjoy the physical activity and teamwork involved in football, which keeps me fit and energised. Singing is a passion of mine, providing a creative outlet and a way to express myself.
