Manning & Co. is proud to support our Founder and CEO, Gemma Manning, as she joins business leaders this November in OzHarvest’s annual CEO Cookoff, which brings the businesses community together to raise funds to stop food waste, feed people in need and protect the planet by championing the value of food and driving change at all levels of society
On Monday, 2 November 2026, CEOs from all different sized businesses and leading chefs will gather at Carriageworks for an evening of cooking, fundraising, and connection in support of OzHarvest’s mission to nourish Australians in need.
The CEO CookOff brings leaders out of the boardroom and into the kitchen, working alongside world-class chefs to prepare gourmet meals while raising crucial funds for people in need.
The event is about food, connection and compassion, all driven by one ambitious goal: to raise $2,500,000 to deliver 5 million meals in 30 days and help OzHarvest continue its mission to ‘Nourish our Country.’. It’s a powerful way for Australia’s business community to use its collective influence to make a real difference where it’s needed most.
For Gemma, taking part reflects her belief that leadership extends beyond business and that organisations and individuals have an important role to play in contributing to the communities around them.

With over 3.5 million households in Australia struggling to put food on the table, the need for food relief is greater than ever. OzHarvest rescues quality surplus food and delivers it to people experiencing food insecurity, while also reducing food waste. Recent reports show that 70% of charities need more food to meet demand; 36% of people are seeking help for the first time; and over 1,600 charities are on the waiting list for food support.
Every $1 donated to OzHarvest can help provide two meals to people in need, making every contribution count towards nourishing our country.
