On 24 September, Manning & Co launched its first M&C Singapore Marketing Community event, bringing together marketing and communications professionals for an open conversation about marketing’s changing landscape.
The Singapore event follows the successful launch of our community series in Australia earlier this year, drawing on Manning & Co’s network across multiple geographies, which it has built and nurtured for more than 18 years.
As marketing continues to evolve at pace, the M&C Marketing Community provides a space for our network to come together, share perspectives and experiences, and support one another in a safe and trusted environment.
Our inaugural Singapore gathering brought together June O., Osman Khan, Jane Guo, Aditi Mehrotra Sahni, Iris Teh, Melissa Lorraine Chua and Jensen Ooi to share perspectives and experiences on the opportunities and challenges facing marketers today.
From rapid technological change and the rise of AI-generated marketing to economic uncertainty, shifting business models and ongoing talent pressures, marketers are navigating a complex period of change while facing increasing expectations to demonstrate measurable business impact.
Yet the conversation also highlighted opportunities within this changing landscape.
Storytelling, original thinking and human-led creativity remain powerful sources of differentiation, particularly as AI reshapes how content is created and consumed. Empathy, care and strong leadership also play an important role in helping teams and organisations navigate change.
These themes will form part of our M&C Marketing Community Insights Asia Edition paper, which will bring together perspectives from marketing leaders across our community and explore what the changing marketing landscape means for the profession.
Thank you to our clients, partners and wider network in Singapore for joining us and helping make our first M&C Singapore Marketing Community event a meaningful start.
We look forward to continuing the conversation and bringing our community together across Singapore, Australia and beyond.
