Manning & Co. successfully delivered Flash Forward earlier this year: an exciting one-day conference hosted by client Spring of Life (Sol) on Thursday, 16 April 2026. The conference brought together leading medical, community, and corporate voices to brainstorm and accelerate improvements in menopause care across Singapore and Asia, with the aim of reducing stigma surrounding menopause and women’s health issues.

The Flash Forward event united clinicians, researchers, policymakers, employers, HR leaders, and community advocates to share evidence, best practices, and practical solutions for midlife women’s health. The panel discussions had a strong focus on advancing conversations around “Menopause at Work” in Asia, as women in midlife often navigate the challenges of menopause alone, resulting in female leaders and employees exiting the workforce prematurely.

As the project delivery partner, Manning & Co. managed the conference from endtoend, overseeing program development, speaker logistics, sponsorship management, stakeholder engagement, and on-site coordination to bring Sol’s bold vision to life.

Beyond event organisation and delivery, Manning & Co. played a key role in connecting Sol with strategic media partners.

Manning & Co. assisted Sol in inviting a diverse network of health professionals, employer advocates, government representatives, and industry leaders as speakers and panellists to speak throughout the day and later produced an Insights Paper featuring key highlights from the conference.

The conference marked an important step forward in menopause care and advocacy in Singapore and Asia. It reflected Manning & Co.’s commitment to delivering meaningful projects that create real community and workplace impact.

Moving conversations into action

“Flash Forward is designed to move menopause conversations into action, connecting clinical evidence, community experience, and employer leadership so that women receive better, more accessible care,” said Grace Oh, Founder of Sol.

“Our aim with Flash Forward was to raise awareness of the importance of addressing employee stigma, creating safe and inclusive workplaces, increasing manager awareness, and sharing initiatives to improve women’s overall health and wellbeing,” she added.

Expert line-up delivered cross-sector insights

Flash Forward featured more than 35 experts across sectors and organisations spanning medicine, mental health, nutrition, and workplace wellbeing.

Featured keynote speakers and session leaders spanned clinical, community, and corporate roles and included Professor Cassandra Szoeke from Monash University; Diana Tan, Founder of the Menopause Care Alliance; Juanita Mega, Red Cross Board Member and Executive Coach; Dr Seow Yian San, President of the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations; and Dr Kaye Robertson, Medical Officer at the Australian Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, as well as numerous others.

The program combined keynote addresses, panel discussions on personalised menopause care and workplace program, community-led sessions, and a “Flash Networking” speed-connecting session designed to encourage practical collaboration and knowledge-sharing among attendees.

Lunch and networking opportunities were also built into the day, creating space for attendees from different sectors to connect, exchange perspectives, and continue conversations beyond the conference.
